WorkCover

Workcover is an insurance policy that your employer will hold to cover you in the event of accident or injury in your workplace.

Patients with a valid claim and claim number can have their consultations billed directly to their insurer. Patients who have a new Workcover claim or who are yet to lodge a claim will be asked to make payment for which a receipt is provided for claiming purposes.

Please note that some doctors charge the private fee rate for WorkCover consultations. Please check with reception or refer to the individual doctor’s fee page for details.

A Workcover certificate will be issued stating work capacity, including restrictions.
