Doctors set their own fees for consulations and procedures. Some doctors continue to bulk bill pension card holders and children aged under 16 years. Please check the doctor`s website or contact reception.

Procedures are not bulk billed at the clinic regardless of concession/pension card status.

Doctor consultation fees are based on time and the type of service provided.

Any medical consumables such as, but not limited to, non-government funded vaccines and dressing changes are charged in addition to the consultation.

Telehealth appointments are available for existing patients of the practice who have been seen by one of our doctors face-to-face in the previous 12 months,

If you have not seen a doctor face-to-face in the past 12 months, you will not be eligible for any Medicare rebates. All telehealth appointments are billed the same as a face-to-face appointment.

All procedures require an initial appointment specific to the procedure. For new patients to the practice, this is a 30 minutes ‘new patient’ appointment.

For existing patients of the practice, a standard appointment is appropriate with your regular doctor.

If your doctor has referred you to a specialist or other health service, please contact the service prior to your appointment to check out of pocket costs.

We require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. If you don’t cancel your appointment within 2 hours of your appointment, or do not attend, you will be charged a $25 fee. A higher fee may be charged by some doctors as displayed on their individual websites.
